We are hugely thankful for the support of those who have managed to visit us this year and the good wishes from those who have not.
December has brought great disappointment for our Christmas guests who have had to cancel their stay. We understand how desperately everyone wants to see friends and family and feel for everyone at this time.
Let’s hope the vaccine is rolled out quickly so that we can get hugging everyone we are missing so much!
Our dedicated team have worked tirelessly all year to ensure that we are Covid safe. We have received many compliments on our high cleaning standards. One particularly cautious guest recently said that it was the cleanest cottage they had ever stayed in – praise indeed.
While we remain in Tier 3 we are sadly unable to accept holiday or leisure travelers. However, we will remain open for those who are permitted to travel following Government guidelines.
We are unable to accept guests from Tier 4, but those from Tiers 1 – 3 are welcome. People who have to travel for work, are unable to return to their main residence or are in between homes can stay overnight. Those who need accommodation to attend a funeral or related commemorative event can also stay. The full guidance is here, but just contact us if you are unsure and we can check for you.
We hope that everyone enjoys the festive season, which will be very different for us all this year.
