Christmas 2024

Christmas 2024 is nearly here!  We are looking forward to welcoming our guests and hope everyone enjoys a very Merry Christmas at Burradon Farm.

As the end of the year approaches we would like to thank everyone who has stayed with us during 2024.  Many are returning guests who we love to catch up with, and we have lots of new visitors too who we hope will return again soon!

As always a big thank you goes to our fantastic housekeeping, office and maintenance teams, who we appreciate so much.  They work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our guests have the best experience during their stay with us.

At this time of year many of our guests are visiting family and friends to share Christmas and New Year celebrations with them.  Our cottages give guests plenty of space to entertain or just to kick back and relax.

There are loads of activities taking place in the area at this magical time.  Why not indulge yourself at one of our local bakeries, cafes or restaurants?  You can walk those treats off on one of the lovely walks straight from your door. Or wrap up warm and head to the beach to enjoy the breath-taking coastline nearby.

Don’t forget shopping and of course heading to the sales!  There are so many options from high street stores and markets to independent shops and local galleries. Visit one of our pretty towns and villages nearby and support our local businesses.

If the weather is a bit gloomy, there are plenty of things to do indoors – check out some ideas here

New Year’s Eve in Newcastle City Centre brings innovative laser lights across the city, bustling bars and plenty of restaurants to enjoy!  It’s the perfect place to help you to welcome in 2025.

We have limited availability for Christmas and New Year if you fancy a short break to enjoy the celebrations.  Check out our availability online or just give us a call.

And when the festivities are over, it’s a great time to take an out of season break at Burradon Farm.  We are open all year round and are a perfect place to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Merry Christmas everyone and a very Happy New Year!
