With October half term and Halloween just around the corner there is lots to see and do for all of the family.
Why not try pumpkin picking or one of the many spooky Halloween events taking place in the North East. Visit a haunted castle, enjoy a spooky craft session or watch a scary movie at one of our independent cinemas.
With our spectacular beaches, parks and countryside there are lots of fantastic opportunities to tire the kids (and adults) out. And of course plenty of coffee and cake stops can be found along the way!
Why not bring your bike and enjoy some exhilarating rides along the waggonways and cycle routes straight from the door. We have secure cycle storage here at Burradon Farm too!
There are lots of family attractions to experience such as Tynemouth Park, Tynemouth Aquarium and Go Ape. Or how about exploring one of the stunning castles and gardens in the area. We have so many fabulous ice cream parlours to choose from too – a perfect treat for everyone!
There’s plenty to do on rainy days too – or you could just put the kettle on, grab a takeaway afternoon tea or evening meal and relax.
The days might be getting colder and the nights drawing in, but returning to your cosy cottage at Burradon Farm is a real treat at the end of a wonderful day exploring!
